Born in Kentucky, Traci got her start in modeling at age thirteen when "Elite Model Management's" head man John Casablancas discovered her at a shopping mall. Her acting career really got going in 1984, when she landed a season-long stint as Pru Shepherd on the long-running soap opera Ryan's Hope. After popping up in episodes of Fame and 21 Jump Street, she headed to big screen horror with a trio of creepy cinematic endeavors. Ryan's hopes for nudity were answered when Traci played Olivia in the soldiers slaughtering teens scarefest Survival Quest (1988). Traci goes for a topless wilderness bath, but the view is from very far away. Traci battled bloodsuckers as Charleys college girlfriend Alex Young in Fright Night II (1989), played Ofwarren decades before Madeline Brewer in the 1990 Margaret Atwood adaptation of The Handmaid's Tale, and joined Adam Ant as Yvette in Spellcaster (1992). Her most eye-popping and entertaining role came in the cereal biopic, The Road to Wellville (1994). As a nurse whose sexiness is really killing the idea Kellogg's corn flakes could keep the dirty thoughts away, she gave Matthew Broderick's character, and everyone else, a hard-on when she shed her turn-of-the-century scrubs to display her titties and snap, crackle and popping ass. It ended up being in Ferris' imagination, but Traci's body was very real. After her role in Kiss & Tell (1997), Traci accused Princess Diana's boyfriend who would die alongside her, Dodi Fayed of abuse before deciding she was too private a person for the acting world and disappearing from the spotlight.
