Normally we examine movies released on one day in movie nudity history, but very few movies are released the first week of January. Therefore, we're handling things a bit differently by looking at movies with nudity released between January 5 and January 11 over the years! We've got a handful of skinsational titles waiting for you this week, so let's get to it!
Black Venus(January 5, 1983)
Josephine Jacqueline Jones plays the titular muse for an artistically blocked sculptor in this erotic period piece! 30 years after its release, this stark and unsettling film still packs a wallop! One of the first films to be slapped with an NC-17 rating when it was released on home video, this flickfeatures a career best performance from beloved character actor Michael Rooker in the title role, an unrepentant psychopath who murders women without a second thought to the consequences. While the nudity in the film is all very disturbing it is an undeniable part of what makes the film so powerful. Both Mary Demas and Lisa Temple meet gruesome ends, baring their breasts in the process...
Hostel (January 6, 2006)
If you're starting to notice a trend emerging, early January is apparently a great time for disturbing horror films, like Eli Roth's sophomore offering that ended up launching a franchise. One of the marquee titles of the mid-aughts torture porn movement, this film offered up plenty of female flesh before devolving into a bloodbath in its third act! Eastern European hotties like Paula Wild, Sandy Style, and the dynamic topless duo of Jana Kaderabkova and Barbara Nedeljakova, offer up their nude bodies to seduce the unsuspecting American tourists who have unimaginable horrors awaiting them...

Another disturbing trip to the darker side of society was unleashed on us 43 years ago when Diane Keaton played a promiscuous teacher who ends up the latest victim of a serial killer in this based-on-a-true-story flick! Diane would go on to win Best Actress for her role in the same year's Annie Hall, and this controversial film definitely helped to show her versatility as an actress—not to mention it showed plenty of her beautiful naked body...
The Sentinel (January 7, 1977)
Released on the exact same day as Looking for Mr. Goodbar, Death Wish director Michael Winner tried his hand at supernatural thrills with this absolutely haunting flick! Rising starlet Beverly D'Angelo made her nude debut here, doffing her duds alongside Cristina Raines and the late, great Sylvia Miles among others in this haunting horror classic...
