As precipitation prognosticator Nicolas Cage makes perfectly clear in his titular role, even the sunniest outlook always includes the chance for chills and drizzles. As seen on the satellite map, Cage’s character inhabits an enviable and comfortable balance between pressure fronts. He has the lucrative job, the trophy ex-wife, the kids living with someone else, and a rich father about to croak. Still, Mr. Clear Skies is best advised to never leave home without a raincoat.
