The Waiting City (2009)

A couple’s journey to India to collect their adopted child exposes the vulnerability of their marriage in The Waiting City (2009). Ben (Joel Edgerton) and Fiona (Radha Mitchell) are an Australian couple who appear to be happily married. They travel to Calcutta, India, to collect the child they have adopted, but upon their arrival they discover that the paperwork is not yet finalized. With no choice but to wait in the ancient city, Ben and Fiona find themselves being pulled in opposite and unexpected directions. Will their marriage survive the differences and secrets that are tearing them apart? The usually skinful Radha Mitchell is relatively restrained here, showing her bra in the bathroom in one scene, a skimpy tank in bed with her hubby in another, and a sexy sliver of side boob as she gets dressed in a third.
