The Stink of Flesh (2004)

It’s unfair to characterize swingers as desperate for sex, but some hardcore hedonists, particularly the couple of open-marriage fanatics whose zealous extracurricular boning provides the fictional pivot for The Stink of Flesh (2004), will go further than is prudent in pursuit of what might ironically be called fresh meat. The main problem for this freewheeling man and wife is that most of the earth’s population has suddenly been transformed into flesh-eating zombies. Those humans who retain their discretionary faculties during this crisis of mass cannibalism tend to exercise heightened discretion, which makes prospective playmates hard to come by. Unless the recreational sensualist is of a persuasion to be aroused by the rotting and rambling general populace.
