The Love Thrill Murders (1971)

After the Tate-LaBianca murders, teen heartthrob Troy Donahue thought it a wise career move to star in The Love Thrill Murders (1971), a quickie exploitation flick made to cash in on the notorious Manson murders. The story is basically about an orgy of nasty hippies on a killing spree, but like Charlie they enjoy sex with their bloodshed. Some of the flower children that blossom include Michele Norris from the drive-in classic Ginger (1971), Tallie Cochrane of hillbilly exploitation classic Sassie Sue (1972), Francine Middleton from the B-movie hit Joe (1970), and Joie Addison, last seen in the Candid Camera-esque What Do You Say To a Naked Lady? (1970) playing--what else?--a naked lady.
