The Land (2016) doesn't stick quite as easily as our teenage protagonists would have hoped, but that doesn't mean all is lost yet. Four professional skateboarders come from impoverished families in Cleveland, stealing cars to make a little extra cash that they hope will get them out. When they find a bunch of molly in the back of one such car, they decide to sell it in hopes they can use the profits to enter a huge skateboarding competition that could be their ticket out. Unfortunately, the drugs belong to a middle-aged white queenpin that goes by Momma who isn't exactly happy to hear her stuff is being sold on the streets. There's not much skin here, but we do get to see a left pokey from Natalie Martinez when she takes her kids to go get pizza. It's the little things, isn't it?
