The Good News

One of the less-successful “Christian Values” sitcoms of the mid-'90s, The Good News centered around a well-intentioned young pastor and the struggles he encounters when most of his inherited congregation hits the road. The UPN series lasted only twenty-two episodes, but that was time enough to contemplate the heavenly tracts of the angelic Alexia Robinson, the randy Rose Jackson, and the jouncy Jazsmin Lewis. Show me a church boasting biblical babes like these and you just may earn a new convert!
