The Entertainers

This one’s a mid-sixties variety show that managed to showcase the early talents of a few rather celebrated performers. Dom DeLuise, Carol Burnett, Bob Newhart, John Davidson, and Ruth Buzzi all cut their teeth here, and the result was your mildly-better-than-average variety schtick. Unfortunately the show didn’t live past its second season (which seems odd considering the talent on display), but the participants certainly moved on to bigger and better things.
