The Double Hour (2009)

A former cop and a maid with troubled past find love at a speed-dating event in The Double Hour (2009). Sonia (Ksenia Rappoport) has recently moved from Slovenia to Italy and is working as a maid when she meets Guido (Filippo Timi), an ex-cop who is making ends meet by working as a security guard. The pair immediately hit it off and are soon spending all of their time together. When Guido invites Sonia to visit him at work, the date is interrupted by masked thieves who kill Guido, shoot Sonia, and make off with the art he was guarding. After his funeral Sonia thinks she sees Guido on a security camera at her hotel and hears his voice on her phone.
