Bizarre and often quite amusing precursor to Monty Python’s Flying Circus saw Michael Palin and Terry Jones showcased in several zany skits, all of which focused on an event from Britain’s colorful history. Though it lasted only one season, the series has enjoyed a small cult following, probably due to the presence of two pre-Python Pythons.
