This is especially true when it comes to Henry Fielding’s risqué work The History of Tom Jones, a Foundling (1749). Following the main character’s amorous shenanigans, the racy romp has inspired Oscar’s Best Picture winner Tom Jones (1963) featuring Susannah York; a BBC five-parter starring Samantha Morton in 1997, and ITV’s 2023 miniseries with Sophie Wilde. Under the direction of Cliff Owen, the boobalicious book even spawned the nudie movie musical The Bawdy Adventures of Tom Jones (1976). This R rated flick includes Nicky Henson, Georgia Brown, Madeline Smith, Trevor Howard, Terry-Thomas, and the heaving cleavage on none other than Joan Collins! As a hot highwaywoman, the busty babe’s breasts are barely contained by her tight 18th century corset. Unfortunately, the mamtastic Ms. Collins doesn’t let us see her piece in this period piece. Nevertheless, she flashes enough flesh to generate a standing ovation in Mr. Skin’s pants! Throughout the course of the sexy story, randy fans have an opportunity to ogle a bunch of babes in all manner of undress. Lusty Lizzie (Judy Buxton) lets loose her nude boobs in bed. No doubt, the topless wench gives Tom a reason to get up in the morning (afternoon and nighttime too). If that’s not arousing enough, pretty Prudence (Maxine Casson) reveals her firm fanny, not once but twice! As such, we get to glance at her raw rump again and again. Bottoms up!
