Tetsuo: The Iron Man (1988)

Blending the bizarro, black-and-white surrealism of Eraserhead (1977) with the lusty technology/flesh fetish of Videodrome (1983), Tetsuo: The Iron Man (1988) is as trend-setting now as it was when it was released. The morning after accidentally striking a “metal fetishist” with his car, an average Joe type finds a metal whisker growing out of his cheek. While the metal fetishist takes over his mind, the rest of his body slowly transposes to metal as well, including his member, which transforms into a lethal rotating drill, which gives new meaning to the phrase “getting screwed”! Yet for all the harsh, jagged edges offered in Tetsuo, there is a respite of softness in the form of lovely Kei Fujiwara, whose T&A flash is sure to turn you as hard as metal.
