Where do we even start here. During one magical day in the 1980's, Pamela Andersonwas discovered in the audience of a football gameafter being broadcast on the jumbotron. Since then hercareer had led to her to places far and wide, but the bombshell was never so memorable to me as when she was a giant, sexy man-eater crawling with 90's rockers.
The video for Lit's Miserable came out in 1999, and plays to God only knows how many fetishes. There's definitely a lineage of featuring iconic women in rock music videos (Kate Mossin White Stripes' I Just Don't Know What To DoWith Myselfcomes to mind), and portraying Anderson as a gigantic, literal man-eater is pretty brilliant. The video celebrates everything that made Anderson so talked about in the 90's: An effervescent presence, sultry looks, and larger than life personality and... assets. It's hard to think of a better way for the actress to bookend a decade that began with hercareer defining role in Baywatch.
