T2 Trainspotting (2017)

Danny Boyle’s slick sequel T2 Trainspotting (2017) picks up where the 1996 flick Trainspotting left off — only, you know, 20 years later. After spending two decades building a life in Amsterdam with the drug deal money he stole from his friends, Mark “Rent Boy” Renton (Ewan McGregor) returns to Scotland. Needless to say, some of the blokes are not so happy to see him. Revenge is sought, quick alliances are made, and a brothel is forged in a pub! Based on the characters created in Irvine Welsh’s novels “Trainspotting” (1993) and “Porno” (2002), this crime comedy features Daniel “Spud” Murphy (Ewen Bremner), Simon “Sick Boy” Williamson (Jonny Lee Miller), Francis “Franco” Begbie (Robert Carlyle), Diane Coulston (Kelly Macdonald), and Gail Houston (Shirley Henderson). This time around, Edyta Szewczyk pops up in undies and the onscreen charms of Anjela Nedyalkova have been added. As Veronika, the Bulgarian babe has a knack for blackmailing rich men in her lingerie. Not only does she flash her be-thonged buns, the sexpot dons a strap-on! No wonder this critical hit was a success at the box office and in spank banks. If watching Ms. Nedyalkova strut her stuff in skimpy skivvies isn’t arousing enough, the topless actress also treats us to a couple of views of her bare boobettes when she gets it on with Mr. McGregor. No doubt, Mr. Skin’s one-eyed McGregor can’t wait to see what she takes off in T3. Until then, we’ll have to rely on replays and a box of tissues!
