Born in Toronto, Canada, to Italian immigrants, scrumptiously stacked Stella Farentino considers Italian to be her first language, and made the US her second home when she became a citizen in 2000. After starring in a few plays in the country up north, she headed to Los Angeles to try her hand in acting. She landed the role of Anna Barone in the popular TV series Everybody Loves Raymond in 1998, and had a small role as Cheryl in the film I Love You, But. In 1994, she entered into quite possibly her most famous role, the wife of actor James Farentino, whom she was married to until his death in 2012. The blonde bombshell did, of course, have other acting parts, including Gina in Alex in Wonder (2001) with Robert Hays, Starlett in In Search of a Woman (2004), and one-episode adventures on the television series The Unit as Ferretti in 2009, Mirella Brenetti in Chemistry in 2011, and Janice in Rosewood in 2015. And in another very important role, Stella plays lady of the evening Margo in the video release Hard as Nails (2001). Sitting in a car, she pops open her barely buttoned blouse, and, cupping her magnificent, naked breasts, asks her male companion, “Sure I couldn’t interest you in two for one?” While Tony declines, asking her instead to ask around about a missing person, she remains unfettered by wardrobe, giving the world a full-minute view of those major attractions. Mr. Skin’s response would have been very different. Yes, Stella, yes you could interest us in a two for one. Mr. Skin is very interested, indeed.
