Stars Are Blind (2006)

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton will probably always be most famous for her widely viewed sex tape, but that doesn’t stop the wealthy socialite from trying to pass as an actress, model, and now a pop singer. With Stars Are Blind (2006), the waif-ish blonde jump-starts a singing career that’s been immediately roiled by accusations of plagiarism (the track’s a kissing cousin to a UB40 song). Hilton can doubtlessly buy her way out of a lawsuit, however, and she’s already won over a large portion of the male population with her doe-eyed pout and slender curves. Chris Applebaum’s video provides a nice opportunity to scope the heiress as she goes for a roll in the sand with a lucky male model.
