Sheena (1984)

Long before the Marvel Cinematic Universe was making a mint at the box office with its Infinity Saga (2008-2023), Sheena (1984) was filling every 20th century spank bank. Also known as Sheena: Queen of the Jungle, the superhero flick was adapted from the same-named comic book of the 1930s. Of course, she was updated to reflect the sexy standards of the ’80s with big hair and skimpy-wear. And who best to portray the hot heroine than Tanya Roberts. The leggy babe already made a name for herself as Julie on Charlie’s Angels (1980-1981) and for strutting her stuff on the big screen in The Beastmaster (1982). As the titular Sheena, Ms. Roberts is the reigning female monarch of a verdant African plain. The bodacious blonde cavorts in nature, wearing nothing beyond her fur bikini. Thanks to director John Guillermin, this PG rated flick offers audiences a trip into the dark continent via stunning footage of Kenyan jungles and gracefully grazing animals. Of course, the most stunning sight is Sheena flashing her rack and rump in the jungle. The feral fox has a telepathic understanding of the beasts around her, and she brings light and love to their wild lives. It’s as if they have all settled in the paradise of Eden, until a neighboring warlord decides to expand his tribal territory. You’ll be expanding your lower territory when you see the naked T&A on France Zobda as she’s massaged and when Tanya flashes her ass while traveling by vine. What a swinger!
