Arlene Tur is best known as an actress and a model, but she began her career as a professional volleyball player. She went to Florida International University where she began to play and was recruited to play professionally. Sue Price
Sue Price is a beast at bodybuilding. She looks like the girl next door, but she could probably bench-press you in her prime! She was a professional bodybuilder and martial artist who became an actress in the film Nemesis 4. She went from Nemesis to Best Friend when she showed her breasts.
Taryn Terrell

Lavinia Milosovici
Here's an athlete who competed in The Olympics and went on to go nude! Lavinia Milosovici was a world-class gymnast who competed for Romania. She won four gold medals for the Romanian Olympic Team in the 1980s and 1990s. The highly decorated athlete did as much as one can do in the world of gymnastics which does have a relatively short shelf life for its athletes.
So what could Lavinia do after she retired from gymnastics? Besides coaching (which she also did), she tried her hand at acting. Lavinia made a few suggestive movies that showed her long and lean figure in the buff while she stretched her body.
