Charlie Taylor (Eric Acsell) is released from a yearlong stint in the can after being incarcerated for a crime he didn’t commit in Sexual Intrigue (2000). After getting randy with girlfriend Randi (Kira Reed), he learns that his main squeeze used the charms between her arms to cock-tease and coax her ex-sex, the District Attorney of Malibu, into landing Charlie a job. With the help of the dirty D.A., Chuck gets an eyeful of T&A from Emma De Layle (Kim Dawson), the wanton wife of an ailing yet mighty business magnate. Emma skinspires Charlie to be the middleman in the fake teen-napping of her wicked stepdaughter, Melissa, who craves the cash to bust out of her bra and fly away from her father. Jealous step-monster Emma just wants her junior competition’s juice squeezed off the premises. Chuck is out of luck when he finds he’s being set up and the girl who’s pulling the strings in this perverted puppet show is the same saucy minx who’s been paddling his piddle all along.
