I don't think many of us were expecting there to be a lot of nudity from Amazon's adaptation of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, but he wasn't the only one jackin' as the show delivered some great if wholly unexpected nudity! That's a lot for any show to live up to heading into its second season, especially not one where you would necessarily expect that there'd be more skin.
That's certainly not an obligation for the series, but that's one of the things that makes the first season great is it meets your many entertainment needs as an adult: intrigue, violence, drama, and sex. It ticks off all the boxes, so why skip that box on the second go around? Amazon has been known to ditch nudity before—i.e. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel—but this feels like the kind of show that might stick with it. As it veers further into action territory, though, it becomes a dicier proposition.
If nothing else, the first season brought us some great nudity from Abbie Cornish, Dina Shihabi, and Cynthia Preston, which you can see below, so there's at least a good starting point for this upcoming season. Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan returns to duty on November 1!
