Rivers of Babylon (1998)

A lowly hotel employee takes advantage of a chaotic situation in the Slovak flick Rivers of Babylon (1998). Racz (Andrej Hryc) holds the lowly position of stoker at a fancy hotel in Bratislava, and although he's not particularly good at his job-- or anything, really-- in the confusion following the Velvet Revolution of 1989, he is able to quickly climb the ranks and become the most powerful person at the hotel. Among his misadventures is a scene where he climbs on top of a seemingly passed-out Barbora Kodetova and takes her for a ride, baring her boobs in the process.
