In the grim and carnal Italian drama Open My Heart (2002), a domineering sister lords her influence over her impressionable teen sibling. Maria (Natalie Cristiani) works nights as a homebound prostitute and channels her frustrations into the domination of her shy seventeen-year-old sister, Caterina (director Giada Colagrande). Educating Caterina in the classics by day and lovemaking by night, Maria works hard to teach her sis the tricks of the trick-pulling trade in hopes that she’ll follow her career path. When Caterina bucks Maria’s influence by pursuing her dance teacher (Claudio Botosso), both sisters square off for a bout of erotic one-upwomanship. As you may have suspected, both halves of this raven-haired equation get good and naked during their taboo encounters.
