Nightstalker (2003)

In Nightstalker (2003), crack-smoking psycho Richard Ramirez sets his sights on frightening the nights of the citizens of east L.A. by leaving behind a trail of assaulted and tortured corpses to be discovered in the light of day. The Nightstalker makes no signs of stopping his moonlit chopping until ravishing rookie police officer Gabriella Martinez (played by chesty chica Roselyn Sanchez) is hot on his trail.
