Before she became the czarina of screen skin, Ukraine-born Milla found her fortune as a top cover girl, gracing the covers and pages of every major fashion magazine-many before the age of thirteen! "I think I'm a very pretty girl. I'm never going to pretend to think otherwise," the runway regular recently purred. "There are even days I feel I'm fabulously hot and sexy. I'm grateful for my looks. I have been making money from them for seventeen years. My looks are who I am."

Milla parlayed those looks into screen success in her very first film role-the softcore skin classic Two Moon Junction (1988). As Milla was a prepubescent peach of twelve during the filming, she saved her Two Boob Introduction for later, leaving the nudes to costar Sherilyn Fenn(Pic: , ).
But fans didn't have to wait long while eagerly developing Russian fingers for a clothes-free Milla. But for five long years after Chaplin, enthusiasts of the Soviet sex bomb found themselves in Skin Siberia, until she dropped the Iron Curtain of her clothing again in perhaps her breast-known role, as the flame-maned alien Leeloo in The Fifth Element (1997). Spending the bulk of the flick in little more than a glorified Ace bandage (and often less than that), Milla nabbed more than just thousands of boners for her perv-formance-director Luc Besson was so smitten with the star that the pair were wed, but only for a year and a half. Jovovich claimed, "My private life has been the subject of much jabbering. Perhaps this slightly scandalous side of me people find entertaining!"
With The Fifth Element(Pic: ), Milla embarked upon a new phase of her career, as what VH-1 called "the reigning queen of kick-ass." But she continued her streaking streak as the reigning queen of bare ass in Spike Lee's He Got Game (1998) (Pic: ). Getting cheeky in a thong in one scene, she gives a guy something to be game about in another-her bopping tit toppers!
For her turn as the video-game-babe-cum-action-heroine Alice in Resident Evil (2002), Milla took a page from Sigourney Weaver (Pic: ) in Alien (1979). And that's a page from a book that's stripped of its cover, as Milla explained: "I loved how sexy [Weaver's] outfits were. Her underwear combo at the end of Alien is so hot. That's the feel I was going after for my hospital gown at the end of Resident Evil. [Director] Paul [W.S. Anderson] let me design that gown myself." How udderly non-evil of you, Milla, especially when you're giving us the first ever gander at your beav-il in said gown! "For me nudity is not an issue, and in this film it was great and looks beautiful. People love it. Guys are freaking out and it is wonderful."
Milla was wonderful and bun-derful in the thriller No Good Deed (2002) (Pic: , , ), proving once and for all that no good deed goes un-pubic-ed. Gratuitous greatness is achieved when she steps completely bare out of a shower to nab a towel, leaving viewers wondering why she didn't just hang it on the handy pegs stiffening on her chest!
Those succulent supermodel supermarbles shot to ever stiffer, harder heights while being dunked in a tank of icy water for Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) (Pic: , ). Resident Evil director Paul W.S. Anderson stepped down for the film's sequel (as well as the third, sadly skinless installment, Resident Evil: Extinction [2007], in theaters now) but explained, "Milla was the first person I met with for the role of Alice, and she was a huge fan of the game. She was that rare combination of a good actress who could kick ass and look beautiful doing it." And now it's always Milla Time for the disgustingly lucky Paul, who became engaged to his muse in 2003, with the pair expecting a daughter in November 2007. One has to wonder if pregnancy will swell Milla's papillas to zeppelin-like proportions!
Ultraviolet (2006) (Pic: ) had sci-fi nerds geeking out, while Milla's ass was peeking out, but that same year she added another notch to her belt of cinematic firsts: first lesbo scene, in .45(Pic: )(2006). She said, "I'm very male in a lot of ways by myself. I treat a lot of men like men treat women, so I guess in that sense I'm not scared of doing a few gratuitous scenes. Some gratuitous violence and a little gratuitous skin showing? Yeah, once in a while it has its place. Hey, sometimes I like to watch films with men doing gratuitous scenes-and women for that matter!" Never mind watching-Milla participates, with Aisha Tyler, another dame, and Angus Macfadyen enjoying a suckle on Milla's meat bullets. And those things are more than just a mouthful-they're a full Milla meal-a!
