Biography

Though she only made six films during her short film career, Maria Gabriella Maione worked with two of the greatest directors of all time, giving her one hell of a batting average as an actress! Maria's six films were all made between 1971 and 1975, with her film debut—and nude debut— coming in The Decameron (1971), the first film in Pier Paolo Pasolini's Trilogy of Life. Her second film was absurdist filmmaker Luis Bunuel's The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie (1972), in which she kept her clothes on, so let's double back to The Decameron! At the 31-minute mark, Maria goes to see a guy while dressed like a nun, and she hikes up her dress and shows off her big hairy bush! Mmmmm, sacrelicious!
