In 1998, TV actress Faith Ford finally got a sitcom of her own after being a regular on Murphy Brown for ten seasons. Unfortunately (for Ford), Maggie Winters turned out to be far less successful and ran for only sixteen episodes before finally being cancelled in February 1999. Nevertheless it earned Ford a TV Guide Award Nomination for Favorite Star of a New Series. The story centers on former high school darling Maggie Winters, an unhappy housewife who leaves her unfaithful husband behind and returns home to Indiana. Sharing a home with her mother, Maggie now has the chance to deal with various friends, foes, and lovers from the past. Nudity Report: None.
