When a mad scientist set on world domination has to improvise, things don’t go exactly as planned. Mad Cow (2010) is about a scientist who works deep in the heart of Africa where he is working on using a human body to make a super solider. When he realizes that he has lost the head, he improvises and uses a cow’s head. When the reanimated body comes to life this half cow/half man turns out to be a villain hell bent on killing every human it sees!
