Lunacy (2005)

Director Jan Svankmajer, known for his surreal animation, takes on the dual influences of Edgar Allen Poe and the Marquis De Sade in Lunacy (2005), which is a satire on madness and authority. But the movie is so much more than that. Besides the disturbing stop-motion animation, there’s Anna Geislerová, who’ll stop your attention with her three-B exposure. The Czech cutie is no stranger to skin, having shed her clothing in Benito (1993), Zelary (2003), and Something Like Happiness (2005). Seeing her in this masturbation piece is something like ecstasy.
