For those of you not steeped in Finnish music history, Love Records was a revolutionary record company that came about in the 1960’s and lasted through the end of the 1970’s. Arising as a push back against the bland conglomerates at the time, the indie label spawned some of Finland’s most beloved artists. The movie Love Records: Anna mulle Lovee pays homage to this exciting and transitional time in Finnish music while telling the true story about the rise and fall of Love Records.
