Love Eternal (2013)

The Irish drama Love Eternal (2013) is a pretty unusual one. Based on a Japanese novel titled In Love with the Dead, the film tells the story of a young man named Ian (Robert de Hoog) who seeks to understand the world better by getting closer to death. This involves him plotting his suicide, which he ultimately decides to do by offing himself in a van in the woods. When he arrives to do the deed, however, he is interrupted by a van full of people there to do the exact same thing. After they're dead, he finds himself fixated on one of the women (Xenia Katina), and he ends up bringing her dead body home with him and caring for it. It is a disturbing film, made slightly less-so by the copious amounts of skin! We get some nice looks at Xenia Katina's right breast as he bathes her after bringing her home, and we also get a nice full-frontal look at Amanda Ryan as she lays dead in bed next to our "hero"! We may not condone his actions, but his dedication to seeing these beauties in the buff is pretty admirable!
