In Linnea Quigley's Horror Workout (1990), the tit-ular scream queen begins by taking a shower, then does some stretching before she goes for a run. While on her jog, the jiggly Ms. Quigley runs into some zombies and brings them home for an aerobic workout. Finally, Linnea’s friends Jane Holzer, Amy Hunt, Victoria Nesbitt, and Kristine Seeley come over to become a slumber party smorgasbord for a crazed killer.
