Ladies' Man

This 1980’s sitcom was a mere blip on the radar screen that did not survive to a second season. It centers on Alan Thackery (Lawrence Pressman), the only male writer on a women’s lifestyle magazine. He must cope with the uptight militant feminists on the staff, while trying to relate to his precocious eight-year-old daughter at home. His best source of feminine advice comes from Betty (Karen Morrow), a housewife who lives next door. The only thing worth remembering about this long-forgotten show is that it featured Simone Griffeth as Gretchen. Simone first strutted her tuft in the sci-fi cult classic Death Race 2000 and went on to flash herTango & Cash in a slew of other B-movies and softcore fare before dropping off of the face of Hollywood in 1986. Simone, wherever you are now, we just want to say thanks for getting naked!
