Vive La France! Vive La Révolution!  As one of the most anarchic, contested, and remembered periods of European history, the French Revolution has always been an incredible backdrop for stories and this one takes all those books and movies and flips them on their ear with a re-imagining or better yet a completely different revisionist version of the events that lead up to the overthrowing of the old monarchs of France!  We center this story around Elise de Montargis (Marilou Aussilloux) who is sympathetic to the peasants of France despite her own noblewoman status and her relationship with physician Joseph-Ignace Guillotin (Amir El Kacem).  If that name rings a bell, that's because Guillotin would eventually go on to invent the most famous head-remover in the history of the world...  But in this version, instead of being a visionary of decapitation, he discovers along with Elise the true reason behind the aristocracy's cruelty towards the proletariats and poor of 18th century France.  It's a virus with pseudo vampire like characteristics that turn the wealthy who are infected into blood-thirst killers with a complete disregard to human life, and they are backed by King Louis XVI, who wants to build an army or immortal super noblemen to lead France into a new era.  Interesting revisionist idea to a great period of history.  It wouldn't be French either without scalding hot women and we get lucky with lead actress Marilou Aussilloux showing off a little boobage along the way, as well as Isabel Aimé Gonzalez Sola and her amazing can-cans!  Vive La France, again and again!
