A bride-to-be experiences a dramatic psychological breakdown on the eve of her wedding in the charged melodrama Ragazza di nome Giulio (1970). Silvia Dionisio stars as the blushing bride, whose haunting past and strong feelings of sexual inadequacy cause her to flee from her bridegroom, Franco (Gianni Macchia). Instead of a healthy, loving relationship, Jules (Dionisio) seeks a male victim she can terrorize with threats of emotional violence and physical brutality. Dionisio and co-star Anna Moffo turn up the heat in a film already full of scorching passions. Both actresses give the full skin treatment to director Tonino Valerii’s camera in sex scenes that are blisteringly hot.
