Kids (1995)

Kids (1995) is an arthouse trip through the amoral world of teen horrors penned by the legendary weirdo Harmony Korine at just eighteen years old. Shot like a documentary, the film follows Telly (Leo Fitzpatrick), a brutal sexual assaulting seventeen year old with a real bug up his ass about wearing condoms. See, he doesn't like to use them, since he likes his girls pure, and what's safer than sex with a virgin? There's only one problem: Telly's got another kind of bug, and he's spreading it across the cherry patch. Enter Jennie (Chloë Sevigny in her screen debut), the only innocent in this snakehouse of snotnosed New York City punks. Jennie's only had sex once, and only with Telly, so she figures that everything is a-OK when she gets tested for HIV with her friend, who's done everyone under the sun. Guess who comes up positive? Remember kids, even if it's only one time don't do it with an absolute slime! Knowing what she knows, Jennie sets out across New York to find her one-time beau before he infects another girl. But even though Telly and his buddy Darcy (Yakira Peguero) briefly stop to nearly murder a man with a skateboard, Jennie's detour to do some drugs leads to her being too late to tell another girl to flee from Telly. Yes, way before Skins and Euphoria, this one had parents terrified about all the sex and drugs "kids these days" were doing, even though it's always been exaggerated onscreen. But this one didn't have as much nudity as those ones did. We do see Telly's mom, played by Julie Stebe-Glorius breastfeeding a baby while one of Telly's buddies latches his eyes onto that big milky tit. Chloë was a little bit showy when she flashes bush, passed out as a young man takes advantage of her. Both Carisa Glucksman and Michele Lockwood are locks to give you wood swimming in a pool in nothing but their underwear, while Sarah Henderson's white bra and panties clash with her very tan body before Telly gives her the D and the HIV. Wrap it or fap it, youngins! Still, not even kidding, these are some seriously tantalizing teens in Kids!
