Jing bian (1996)

After young Stella commits suicide in Jing bian (1996), her husband learns that she’d been having an affair with a man named Lam. Shaken to his core with grief and fury, widower Tung sets out to kidnap Lam, his wife, and their son. After hiding the woman and child upon a yacht, Tung turns to Lam to slake his vengeful needs. But once the yacht’s owner catches wind of the crime, things begin to spin out of control. To make matters even more intense, it seems that Tung has a lot more than simple revenge on his mind. Asian flower Irene Wan delivers a great performance as Lam’s wife and provides a great piece of skinema in the process.
