Jack of Hearts

Jack of Hearts was a short-lived British drama series produced by the BBC that ended up being cancelled after only six episodes. Starring Keith Allen, Anna Mountford, and veteran actress Ruth Madoc, it centred on dedicated London probation officer Jack Denby (Allen) who follows his girlfriend Suzanna (Mountford) to Cardiff after being stabbed in the line of duty. Although Jack soon finds an available position in his new hometown, he soon runs out of luck. First of all, his supervisor feels threatened by Jack's abilities and has been secretly hiding cases from him. To make matters worse, Suzanna learns that she will have to team up with a former lover in her new job, much to Jack’s dismay. As far as nudity is concerned, supporting actress Ruth Madoc can be seen in all her topless glory while going for a skinny dip in the 1973 drama Under Milk Wood.
