Canadian cutie Italia Ricci sounds Italian, but hails from the Great White North. She may look like she’s an innocent but we suspect the dark-haired honey has a secret kinky side she’s yet to show. All she needs is the right part (not to be confused with her anatomical parts which are right on the money). After making her acting debut in the bawdy, straight-to-video flick American Pie Presents Beta House (2007), she transferred her girl-next-door looks to the boob-tube. In 2009, the wholesome hottie landed guest spots on How I Met Your Mother, House, and Greek, as well as recurring roles on Aaron Stone and Secret Girlfriend. Her hard work paid off as she became a regular on Unnatural History (2010). A main role on the ABC Family drama Chasing Life (2014-2015) soon followed, as did a Golden Maple nomination for Newcomer of the Year. It’s no surprise Italia was recognized for playing April Carver since the part let her show off her acting chops, bra-clad cleavage and bikini bod! Now, who wouldn’t reward that? Ms. Ricci continued to thrill us, this time in the political thriller Designated Survivor (2016-2019). As the aptly-titled Chief of Staff Emily Rhodes, she seems like she can handle anyone—especially when stripping down to her skivvies for a dude during season 3. Ever the romantic, the lovely leading lady also starred in Hallmark’s made-for-television movies Late Bloomer (2016), Rome in Love (2019), and Love in Winterland (2020). Even if Winterland doesn’t raise Ricci’s freak flag, we’re hoping her next film will. Viva Italia!
