Splitting her time between Rio de Janeiro, her native city, and her adopted country of Germany, where she calls Berlin her part-time home, Isabella Parkinson is a star in both countries. Before she hit Germany, she took a detour by way of New York City, and graduated from the famous Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. She made her German acting debut (yes, she learned German) as Diba in the TV movie Hotel Interim. After a break for theater roles and to acclimate, the 5’3” brown-eyed beauty made her second premiere as Nadja in the bittersweet made for TV drama Nur für Nacht (1997). She got her big break later that year thanks to Rainer Kaufmann's cinematically released satire Die Apothekerin, aka, The Pharmacist, where she played the character Margot Krosmansky. This is also where Isabella makes a skinematic appearance, going bottomless while she rubs her personal lady bits. Although you can’t see anything but part of her butt, there’s an actual kitty cat on the screen who lets out one plaintive cry, giving you the nudge, nudge, wink, wink that the actress is indeed bare down there. Elsewhere on the big screen, she’s known for her leading role of Mai Winter in Frau2 sucht HappyEnd (2001), aka Female2 Seeks Happy End, a Germany and Switzerland production. She won a Best Actress award at the Monte Carlo Comedy Film Festival for her part as Fiora in The Wedding Cow (2001), which also took home a Best Film prize. Two countries, one beautiful woman.
