Invasion of the Pod People (2007)

Erica Roby works at a modeling agency for one whopper of a bitchy boss. Then one day the head harpy receives a strange plant and transforms into pure spun sugar. Just what's gotten into her? Is this a simple change of heart? It looks like it could be, until the same thing happens to everyone else in Erica's life and she starts to think it's an Invasion of the Pod People (2007). A very, very low-budget Invasion of the Pod People, mind you, with buzzing on the soundtrack and a pure B-grade spirit . . . plus lots and lots of bods! Poor Erica ends up in a total hell, unable to tell who's real and who's an intergalactic plant with plans to uproot life as we know it.
