The movie everyone is talking about right now is The Substance. The Substance is a brand new body horror film starring Demi Moore as an aging actress who takes a formula - a substance, if you will - to create a younger version of herself. The younger version is played by Margaret Qualley and both of them go nude, showing off the differences in their naked figures.

A scientist experiments with an anti-aging formula that beats aging by...turning him into a giant lizard. Less wrinkles I guess! Laura Gemser plays a sex worker who will awaken your reptile brain to be horny for her.
The Brood
Cronenberg is known for in-your-face body horror flicks, but his 1979 film The Brood does not get as much love as his other ventures. Samantha Eggar plays an expectant mother enduring experimental psychotherapies. I don't want to give too much away, but we see her breasts...right before we see other freaky stuff.
Teeth
Teeth asked a simple question: what if a vagina had teeth? The vagina dentata myth is alive and well in this body horror film. Jess Weixler is our leading lady is an innocent teenage girl with one biting problem downstairs. This horror-comedy is really underrated, but it got such a revival in recent years that it was adapted into an Off-Broadway musical in 2024. The musical has less blood, but more singing.
Titane
This film is not for the faint of heart. With a meaty, confusing plot and the bleak visual decay of its lead actress, Titane can be difficult to watch. It is for true body horror fans. That being said, there is A LOT of nudity in the film - especially of its stars Garance Marillier and Agathe Rousselle.
Agathe Rouselle plays a young woman who is impregnated by a car. As her pregnancy goes on, her body deteriorates. Her swollen belly is dotted with painful looking cuts and gashes as the metal inside of her breaks her skin.
Raw
Fans of Titane's director Julia Decarnau also know of her debut film Raw. This 2016 movie stars Garance Marillier as a young vegetarian woman who develops an appetite for raw meat after partaking in a carnivorous hazing ritual at school. After her bloody taste of meat, she becomes ravenous. You can see her nude in a few scenes, but I like this scene where she gets a bikini wax:
