Review

Voodoo villain Victor Crowley (Kane Hodder) is back and bloodthirsty as ever in the horror three-quel Hatchet III (2013). Hatchet III picks up where the last movie left off as Marybeth (Danielle Harris) emerges from the swamp bloody and carrying an even bloodier weapon; naturally, the cops find this somewhat suspicious, but once Marybeth tells her side of the story they and investigative reporter Amanda (Caroline Williams) agree to accompany her back to the bayou to take out Crowley once and for all. Compared to some other horror flicks, Hatchet III is a bit blunt in the nudity department, but a glimpse of Danielle's gluteus 8 minutes in will still sharpen your blade.
