Frankenstein vs. the Creature from Blood Cove (2005)

Three scientists on an isolated California beach decide to bring back the Frankenstein monster along with a half fish, half man concoction they made up in an attempt to combat global terrorism. However, the chemicals they used to control these creatures don’t work out as planned and instead of stopping terrorism, the monsters begin to spread their own form of it. The monsters begin by attacking a nearby photoshoot. The scientists, feeling guilty and stopping at nothing to bring these creatures to a halt, collect the surviving people involved in the photoshoot and try to find any way to maintain survival.

 Tera Cooley plays one of the models involved in the photoshoot and with her stunning model bod, she gets directions along the coast for how to pose in her birthday suit. Another one of the models, played by Carla Harvey, similarly gets instructed on the rocks with her knockers out as the waves crash along the beach behind her. And Selena Silver strips on stage to a bar full of adorers, including Ron Jeremy and one of the monsters. These are bodies that would draw in anyone, man or monster.
