Fat Kid Rules the World (2012)

A teenage outcast is saved by rock and roll in Fat Kid Rules the World (2012). Well, technically Troy (Jacob Wysocki) is saved from jumping in front of an oncoming train by Marcus (Matt O'Leary), his school's most notorious rocker rebel. But when the two strike up an unlikely friendship and Marcus asks Troy to play drums in his punk band, the power of rock does come into play. And we're not just talking about the fantasy sequence 19 minutes in where Stephanie Sarreal Park douses her wet white t-shirt with water like an extra in a W.A.S.P. video. Although she will make you bang your head...and your fist.
