Erotic Tales: Georgian Grapes (2001) is a short film that was a landmark for featuring the first ever nude scene for a film made in Georgia (the one in Europe, not the one in the US). It's a fairly conventional film, but it's considered groundbreaking for that simple fact alone, and when the studio had a hard time finding an actress in the country willing to doff her duds on camera, they came to the US and found Georgian-born actress Ya Parulava.
