Ein Mann fällt nicht vom Himmel (1998)

A high-powered haute couture designer crashes his Ferrari in the German countryside and lands in the lap of a beautiful nurse in the light-hearted romantic comedy Ein Mann fällt nicht vom Himmel (1998). Paul Binder (Roman Knizka) is the speed-racing fashion king who ends up in the hospital after a serious crash. His nurse Julia (Katrin Bühring) tends to his wounds with heaping helpings of TLC, causing the bedridden patient to get pretty aroused. After getting an eyeful of the flesh toys he could be playing with, Paul smartly decides to look past the nurse’s provincial origins and indulge in some sexual healing. Not to be outdone, Tamara Rohloff does a bit of skinny dipping to raise the hackles of the protective caregiver.
