A suicidal bus driver tries to turn his life around in Ein Guter Sommer (2011). Andi (Andreas Schmidt) recently tried to kill himself by jumping out a hotel window, but only managed to sprain his ankle. The next day he heads to the employment office to find a new job where he can connect more with people, and lands himself work on the cleaning crew in the building. But as he grows closer to his co-workers he gets involved in their drama as well, and it all comes to a head when they spend a weekend vacationing together in the country.Ein Guter Sommer translates to A Good Summer, and the good part is the glimpse of Jördis Triebel’s pink-tipped floaters that we get to see when she goes swimming naked.
