Duel to the Death (1982) is one of those martial-arts films in which most of the action takes place while airborne. An evil Japanese ninja challenges a Chinese master for supremacy in the Shaolin technique. Along the way are the familiar elements audiences have come to expect, such as the cross-dressing girl who poses as a boy to compete with the men. In this case, though, Flora Cheung puts more of herself into the role. She shows her true colors by cutting off her male clothes to expose her very female form in all its bushy beauty. Then she takes on the bad guy nude, which will have viewers playing with their flesh swords. If that isn't hot enough, there's a surreal scene in which a giant samurai is cut in two to reveal a squad of naked female ninjas. What a way to go!
