With a voice that’s triggered countless eargasms, Diana Ross has claimed her place as a music legend and pop culture superstar. After rising to fame as the lead singer of The Supremes (check her out in the documentary The Sound of Motown), the supremely sexy performer started a solo career with the number one chart-buster “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” (1970) and the suggestively titled hits “Touch Me In the Morning” and “Love Hangover” (1973) as well as the Oscar-nominated ballad “Endless Love” (1983). Always ready for more, Diana moved to movies with a Golden Globe Award-winning and Academy Award-nominated performance in Lady Sings the Blues (1972). She also tackled the iconic role of Dorothy in the musical fantasy The Wiz (1978). Yet, here at Skin Central, our favorite Diana flick is Mahogany (1975) which showcases the slim stunner in alluring attire. In fact, the necklines were so plunging, Ms. Ross provided a nip slip! This image (coupled with candid paparazzi shots and provocatively posed photo shoots) seal Diana’s place in the libidinal subconscious of fans around the world. In 1988, the hardworking hottie was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. She then received the Kennedy Center Honors in 2007, a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012, and the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2016. At the 61st Annual Grammy Awards in 2019, the enduring diva sang “Reach Out and Touch (Somebody’s Hand)”—an act we’d gladly do if our palms weren’t already busy from visions of Diana!
